By using this website and by training at Innergy Fitness, you agree to these terms.
Use at your own risk. Working out involves risk. By training at Innergy Fitness you accept that you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for your own health, safety, and conduct while you are in the building and while you use any equipment, the sauna, tanning, the showers, or any other part of the facility. Innergy Fitness, its owners, and its staff are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage that happens while you train. If you are not sure whether you are healthy enough to exercise, talk to your doctor before you start.
Your membership and your access. A membership gives you badge access to the building. Your badge is for you and only you. Do not share it, do not prop open doors, and do not let other people into the building using your access. Sharing access or letting in people who have not signed a waiver and paid puts your membership at risk and can lead to cancellation.
Guests. Every person who works out at Innergy Fitness must have their own paid pass or membership and a signed waiver on file. We do not allow guests who have not signed a waiver and paid. Please do not bring friends or family in on your access. Anyone who wants to train needs to sign up at the front desk or online and complete a waiver first.
Payments. Passes and memberships are billed at the prices shown on the site or at the front desk. Recurring memberships continue until you cancel. To cancel or change a membership, call the gym or stop by the front desk.
Conduct. Treat the equipment, the staff, and the other members with respect. Re rack your weights, wipe down equipment after you use it, and follow the posted rules. We can suspend or cancel access for conduct that is unsafe or disrespectful to others.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
What we collect. When you fill out the waiver form or a contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, date of birth, email, phone, and emergency contact. When you sign up for a membership or buy a pass, you provide account and payment details. When you visit the site, basic analytics information is collected automatically, such as the pages you view and general location, so we can understand how the site is used.
The tools we use. Membership signup and payments are handled by Glofox, an ABC Fitness product. When you join or buy a pass online, your account and payment information is processed by Glofox under their own privacy terms. Waiver and contact form emails are delivered to our team using Resend. If you choose to join our mailing list, marketing email may be managed through Mailchimp, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Website traffic is measured using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
How we use your information. We use your information to set up and manage your membership, process payments, keep waivers on file, contact you about your account or about the gym, send you updates if you have opted in, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics. This site uses cookies and similar tools for analytics. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
How long we keep it. We keep waiver and member records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet legal and tax requirements.
Your choices. You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing innergyfitness870@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in those emails.
Children. Our services are intended for adults. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver and handle their membership.
Security. We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
