Berryville Finally Has a 24 Hour Gym

For a long time, working out in Berryville meant fitting your training into someone else's hours. If you worked late, picked up an early shift, or just felt like lifting at midnight, you were out of luck. That is over. Innergy Fitness is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, right downtown at 309 W. Church Ave.

Here is how it works. You sign up for a membership, you get your own entry badge, and from then on you tap in any hour of the day or night. No waiting for the doors to open. No rushing to beat a closing time. The gym is there when you are ready to train.

Inside you get the real thing. Squat racks, leg press, pull up bars, plate loaded machines, and dumbbells that go up to 100 pounds. Treadmills, ellipticals, and stair climbers for cardio. A turf area, punching bags, and two training rooms for everything else. When you are done, there is a sauna to recover in, showers to clean up, and a lounge with a TV and a couch to cool down.

Monthly membership is 43 dollars. If you want tanning too, the Gym and Tan membership is 60 dollars and is our best value. Just passing through town? A day pass is 6 dollars and a week pass is 18 dollars, no membership needed.
